BeachBody Compensation Plan-Structure Yields Results to Super Star Diamond

If you are reading this article, you fit into one of two categories. You are a BeachBody Coach already, and you are either not sure how to go about building your business, or the strategy you are using is not producing the results you’d hoped for. Or, you have heard enough information about the BeachBody business to be interested, but are not exactly sure what to do next. Either way, this article is going to lay out specific details for how to build your BeachBody business to the highest possible level, which is Super Star Diamond. Here’s a hint: build your BeachBody business the way a construction crew builds a building, and you will be on the right track.

Upon registering as an Independent Team BeachBody Coach, one of the first goals that you should set for yourself is to qualify as an Emerald Coach. An Emerald Coach is someone who has sponsored one personal Active coach in each of their two legs. Here is why Emerald is important: at the Emerald level, you are now qualified for the BeachBody Customer Lead Program. BeachBody will start referring customers they receive through their 50 million dollar marketing efforts to your business. With 15,000-30,000 new retail customers signing up each week, the opportunity to build a strong retail customer base outside your own retail marketing efforts is a reality.

Once you have reached the Emerald level, your next goal should be to help the two Active coaches who you went Emerald with to go Emerald. It is always easier to teach something that you have done yourself, so you should be able to accomplish this in a relatively quick time period. If each of those two businesses has 3 additional coaches in it, congratulations are in order, because you are now a qualified Diamond Coach! Less than 3% of all BeachBody coaches have achieved this level, so it is definitely an accomplishment. At the Diamond level, not only are you part of the Customer Lead Program, but you are now eligible for the BeachBody Coach Connection Program. BeachBody also receives people interested in the BeachBody coaching opportunity from their marketing efforts, and those new business builders are placed on the teams of qualified Diamond coaches.

At this point, it would be very tempting to shift focus to helping break Diamond coaches, and that is most assuredly the long term goal. But the focus of the new Diamond coach should remain on helping additional coaches on their team to go Emerald. The goal of every building project is a building, but we all realize that buildings are built on foundations. The foundation of a strong BeachBody business is profitable Emerald businesses throughout. A good rule of thumb is that a strong, growing Diamond business should have 5-7 Active Emerald businesses inside of it.

There are three other star levels between Diamond and Super Star Diamond. Reach any level above Diamond, and you have done something less than .4% of all BeachBody coaches have done. However, the basic premise of this article is that if you can go Emerald and break Emeralds, you can reach the pinnacle of the BeachBody compensation plan. If you can help 5-7 businesses on your team go Emerald, 60-75 more Emeralds would ultimately yield a Super Star Diamond business.

The rate of speed at which you break enough Emeralds to be a Super Star Diamond depends solely on the goals you have set for yourself as a Beachbody coach, and the timeframe you’ve given yourself to reach them. But by focusing on the smallest building block of the business, your climb up the Beachbody ladder of success will be a steady one.

Now for the bad news: The average network marketer lasts just over 2 months. If you are unable to get that business tied into the BeachBody Compensation Plan within that timeframe, you will have the makings for a revolving door business. If you want a BeachBody business that breaks Emeralds on a regular basis, then check out Jamie Gaymon’s Super Star Diamond Video that shows you exactly how to find new Beachbody prospects endlessly, and how to sponsor them at will.

10 Questions to Ask Before Buying a Precor Treadmill Or Elliptical Trainer

Posted by admin | Filed under Fitness news

How do you know if a Precor treadmill, elliptical trainer or strength system would be the ideal training partner for you? How do you make sure that your shiny new exercise equipment don’t become glorified clothes hangers yet again, gathering dust in the corner? How do you ensure that you get value for money? Let’s take a look at 10 of the questions you may want to ask yourself, before deciding if you should choose a treadmill, elliptical trainer, strength system or stretch trainer.

1. Do I find repetitive exercise boring?

2. Do I want to learn something new?

3. How much time do I have for workouts each week?

4. How much room do I have available at home?

5. Do I have and aches or pains I should take into account when exercising?

6. Do I want a workout routine that is quick to do?

7. Do I want to concentrate on muscle development?

8. Do I want to be able to read or watch television while working out?

9. Do I enjoy the motivation of training with a partner?

10. Am I supple enough? Do I need to work on flexibility?

Precor Treadmills are really easy to use. These machines remain best-sellers, in spite of all the new innovations on the market today. They don’t require much of a learning curve. Simply push the QuickStart button, and away you go. The suspension system ensures joint comfort while you walk or run. You can usually choose from a whole range of programs, concentrating on aspects such as weight loss, interval training or fitness tests. However, if you become bored easily when doing repetitive workouts, this may not be the best option for you.

Precor Elliptical Trainers are among the newer innovations. These may take some getting used to, but they are still fairly easy to master. If you have joint or knee aches and pains, this may be one of the options most suitable for you. These are truly low-impact trainers, as your feet remain on the foot pedals throughout your workout. If you opt for a model with moveable handlebars, you will also get an upper body workout at the same time, which cuts down on training time. These trainers again come with a whole range of built-in programs. Here again, boredom and time issues may cause problems down the line.

Precor Cycles are comfortable, with fully adjustable seats. Programs include interesting variations such as cross country and hill climbs, depending on the model you choose. Again this may be too repetitive, but you can usually read while working out. If you have knee problems or lower back niggles, you may have to pass when it comes to recumbent or upright cycles.

Precor Strength Systems provide a whole range of upper and lower body exercise options. The weight systems are fully adjustable and have been designed to give maximum results in the minimum time. This is one of the most important benefits of these systems. You can normally get away with three sessions of around 45 minutes per week. That is a time commitment of a measly 135 minutes weekly. You are likely to see faster results here than with the cardio conditioning options above. If you don’t like long, boring, repetitive aerobic sessions, a home gym is a much better choice for you. Some home gyms allow for 2 people to train at the same time.

Precor Stretch Trainers provide the crucial flexibility element that should be part of every workout. The stretch trainer complements the other exercise equipment. You get a placard with full details of the most important stretches. This routine is great for use before and after each workout, as a warming up and cooling down sequence. The machine has been designed for maximum user comfort and is quite compact.

Precor treadmills, elliptical trainers, cycles and strength systems provide something for every taste and pocket. Just make sure you test them thoroughly before buying, in order to get the perfect fit in terms of a training partner.

In todays world, tension-depression-worries are some of the most commonly used words. Depression has become a very common problem now. More the world is getting civilized more the tensions and worries are getting into our lives. Our busy and complicated lifestyles are the main source of these tensions, worries and depression and nobody can escape it. But what one can do is include yoga in his daily lifestyle. Yoga is perhaps the best weapon to combat depression which comes with our fast-paced lifestyle. Any kind and form of yoga, be it Kundalini yoga or Ashtanga yoga, are in true sense, beneficial to human kind. Yoga has the magical power of helping the mind to ward off all unnecessary tensions and thus helps it to relax. Yoga paired with any kind of devotional or spiritual music such as yoga music, can do wonder.

Regular practice of yoga can give instant relief from daily stresses. Because yoga poses increase the level of the neurotransmitter GABA in the body which in turn, reduces depression. A depressed person becomes immobile both physically and mentally. But after doing various yoga poses for a few minutes, the body muscles get back their normal flexibility as well as the blood circulation in the whole body becomes normal or else better than normal. The most beneficial point of doing yoga is that it has no such serious side-effects unlike anti-depressant pills. Yoga poses or asanas and even some breathing exercises tick on the energy level of a human being and brushes off the tiredness or fatigue from both mind and body. If a little bit of soothing meditation music can be incorporated in yoga practicing, it refreshes the mind with its calm tune and elevates the level of concentration. Online music companies are bringing up their exclusive as well as vast range of different devotional yoga music CDs and DVDs which will help the yoga practitioners or aspirants to learn and perform yoga poses in a proper way.

Another part of yoga, Pranayama or the breathing practices, are also very much helpful in alleviating the tension level. Pranayama creates a sense of well-being and calmness in the mind and body. It prevents from over-loading the mind and body with too much tensions and anxieties because it pushes oxygen to the brain and body muscles. Some particular form of pranayama like ujjayi pranayama is perhaps the best option for healing depression. Likewise some specific form of yoga such as Kundalini yoga helps to increase the level of self-consciousness which ultimately helps an individual to get himself free from all worldly bonds and thoughts.

Spirit Voyage, an online music company, introduces a great collection of spiritual music and meditation music CDs, DVDs and books which can be of great help to the yoga aspirants. The collection includes the work of world famous personalities. The yoga music category includes Adhara by Nirinjan Kaur, Meditation Drum by David and Steve Gordon, Radiance by Jaya Lakshmi, Mantra Masala by Sada Sat Kaur and many more.

The yoga DVDs has Vitality and Stress (4 DVD Set) by Yogi Bhajan PhD, Radiant Health with Naam Yoga by Gurunam Joseph Michael Levry, Flow Yoga for Beginners by Shiva Rea and other best collection to offer. So, it is time to throw out all the depressions from the mind and enjoy a tension-free spiritual life forever with yoga DVDs available at Spirit Voyage.

The author writes for Spirit Voyage which is engaged in offering various kinds of yoga music and meditation music. The company offers different CDs and DVDs for practicing kundalini Yoga and other yoga forms.

Workout Routines for Weight Loss

We all know someone who eats like a horse and stays stick thin. In this article I will demonstrate a few methods on how you can increase your metabolism, along with some suggestions for workout routines for rapid weight loss.

People who eat a lot and stay slim usually have a high metabolism rate. If you are truly interested in how to increase your metabolism, there are some foods and workout routines that significantly affect weight loss. Using these methods will allow you to lose weight fast, and you won’t have to eat rabbit foods or drink diet shakes for lunch!

From the most to the least effective in terms of weight loss, the cardio routines below can help you lose weight and feel more energetic:

Running: Running is an excellent form of exercise for losing weight because it requires a lot of energy. Your body burns a large number of calories while running. The number of calories burned during a run is significantly more than with other types of exercise.

Bike Riding: Bike riding is good for those who are looking for an exercise that is gentle on the body. Riding to a friend’s house or shop is a great way to incorporate regular exercise into your busy schedule.

It could be just what the doctor ordered for extra energy, increased metabolism, and the feel good endorphins your body produces after exercise. Want to feel good all day? A weight loss workout routine is the way to do it.

It is easier than you think to achieve these extra benefits, and the best part is, you can do it at home. With a few pieces of quality home gym equipment, like a treadmill or an elliptical exerciser, you could soon be seeing your muscles tone, your energy level boost, and your moods get much better.

If you like to jog or run, this is a good cardio workout and calorie burner. Warm up before you start, and jog or run for 15-20 minutes. This is a very effective weight loss workout routine. Carry a 2 or 3 lb dumbbell in each hand, and the caloric burn increases even more!

Pilates provides a great workout for those who prefer a calmer, less strenuous activity. The slow, methodic moves of pilates really burns fat, while sculpting a dancer’s body. Pilates stretches the muscles and creates a long, lean look. Do an assortment of moves for 15-20 minutes 4 times per week, and you will see a big change.

Prior to a workout, warm-up exercises and stretching exercises are a must. The exercises must be performed very slowly and smoothly. It is better to start with relatively simpler exercises and then gradually move on to more difficult ones. Fifteen to twenty minutes should be devoted to cardiovascular exercises. A good exercise routine must include workouts for various muscles of the body. A lot of people choose walking, jogging or swimming as a form of physical exercise.

Sweat Cardio 3-4

This part continues the unfinished business in cardio 1-2. The workouts in this volume are more intense than the previous volumes. This will give you more sweat and this routine opens your door for the P90X. If you successfully finished this part, it means that you are now ready to face the extremes of the P90X. You would not have to worry about adjusting to the extreme system of the X.

These are the four basic workouts of the P90 fitness program. These are just simple, much simpler than the P90X, but it can still surely give you that satisfaction after 90 days of workout.

Personal Fitness Training-the Positive Impact on Rising Domestic Health Care Costs

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING-THE POSITIVE IMPACT ON RISING DOMESTIC HEALTH CARE COSTS

By Rob Rayburn, Personal Fitness Trainer

There are a growing number of grave concerns that we as a people face in the US and abroad on a daily basis; none more pressing than the rising cost of health care in America and the world. The incoming administration led by President-Elect Obama has pledged to make health care accessible to all Americans in his first term as our president. Our healthcare system is a mess, there is no doubt, and providing health care for all the uninsured is a noble and ambitious undertaking, to be sure. I’m not sure at this point how effective the President-Elect’s proposed plan will be.

There is a palpable anxiety building over this issue with the uninsured asking, “What can we do?” The silver lining here is that we don’t have to wait on the government to act in order to alleviate some of that anxiety.

Scientific studies upon scientific studies have conclusively shown that by taking a proactive approach to our health by becoming more physically active in our daily routines, almost invariably results in significant health improvements among those who do so.

Consistent physical exercise has been proven to significantly reduce one’s risk of contracting a whole series of diseases and ailments associated with obesity and physical inactivity.

While regular exercise cannot guarantee that an individual won’t be stricken with diabetes, heart disease, various forms of cancers, and the like; consistent exercise greatly reduces our overall risk. It has to be noted that lifestyle choices in general play an active role here, as well. A 20-year smoker is much more likely to develop heart disease, for example, than a non-smoker. Family health histories also factor in to the equation, although, there is not much that can be done with heredity, or pre-disposition based on past family history.

Seemingly, the only viable option that is open to virtually all of us regardless of financial considerations (assuming one is able-bodied and otherwise capable) is a steady dose of consistent exercise. For older seniors, and those morbidly obese folks, low-impact exercises are recommended and can be incredibly effective. Though walking would not be considered an effective activity for advanced competitive athletes, it can provide fantastic health benefits for many average Americans. As an added benefit, the evening walk can evolve into a constructive family activity.

The key here is to understand your physical limitations prior to making significant changes in activity. If one has not been involved in an exercise routine for a prolonged period of time, has recently undergone major surgery, or has ever had back surgery, it is critical that you ease your way into a more active routine. If you currently suffer from heart disease, diabetes, hypertension (high-blood pressure), hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), any form of cancer, or other debilitating condition, be sure to consult your physician before committing to an exercise plan.

Performing standard low-impact personal training testing for strength, endurance, and flexibility before beginning an exercise program can be extremely helpful also. These initial tests can be administered by any personal fitness trainer, and possibly carried out in the privacy of a client’s home. The reasons for these standard tests are two-fold. The first objective is to give both the trainer and the exerciser a solid footing on where to begin regarding the intensity of your routine or training prescription. The results of these tests should be documented to provide a point of reference later in the training cycle to measure the individual’s progress. Without this point of reference, measuring your individual results as you progress becomes more difficult.

Bicep Workout Training And Exercise Information

Posted by admin | Filed under Fitness news

A very common mistake that many people make is to allocate far too much time to spend exercising parts of the body that don’t need exercising. You would think that it would be better to spend more time working on your arm muscles then your leg muscles wouldn’t you? Your lags can make up %50 of the total muscle mass of your body, while your arms can make up to %5.

This isn’t the reason why most people spend so much time of their biceps and triceps thought. The reason why so many people want the best bicep workout is because everyone wants to have the sort of physique that a muscular bodybuilder has.

Here are a few pointers to help you to get those sorts of muscles that you desire.

A lot of people think that they have to train their arms in every possible way to get the best bicep workout, but this isn’t strictly speaking true. Growth of the arms muscles can be achieved by increasing the amount of the weights used and by using the most possible in a certain routine. Your genetics can also be a deciding factor.

For you to increase the size of your arm muscles by one or two inches you will need to have 10 pounds of total muscle amount of your body. Because your muscles work together and help build each other there is a good chance that working one set of muscles, such as your back or chest, will help you to build and tone the other muscles.

Big muscles in your arms aren’t just a result of eating lots of high protein or carbohydrate foods but also as a result of a healthy dose of growth hormones and testosterone in periodic spurts. This is why all the squats, presses and rows are important; they release large amounts of testosterone into your body. If you begin to find that all your exercises aren’t enough and you are not building the type of muscles that you want then you should revert back to doing the big major exercises and bigger biceps and triceps will inevitably follow.

A total body workout is always good to build your general muscle mass. Lots of reps of squats, presses or rows in addition to your best bicep workout. After a full body work out it is advised to train your arms with six to ten reps of each routine. It is best to have at least three distinct arm exercises and to alternate between them in order to get the best possible bicep workout. These routines should work the muscles and give different areas a workout each time so that muscle fatigue doesn’t set in and your muscle building doesn’t start to stagnate before any real change has occurred.

Make sure to exercise your biceps and triceps. Just doing simple workouts like curls is not enough to gain the optimum bicep workout as there are lots of other muscles that will compensate and aid the workout. Your back and chest muscles will do lots of the work and the effects on your biceps will normally be quite small. You also shouldn’t over train your arms by using them every time you work out. It is a good idea to give them time to rest every other day or so.

A good way to see if you are getting the sort of exercising tat your biceps need is to see if they are sore the next day. If they are not then it is probably that other major muscle groups have been stimulated and done lots of the work. When doing the biceps exercises make sure that it is the bicep that is moving the weight otherwise you will not even feel like you have been exercising them at all.

You should always replace lost fluids as dehydration will occur during bicep training and this will be dangerous to your health and fitness regime. As you sweat essential fluids and electrolytes are removed from your body and these are essential for maintaining a health body, avoiding any damage that occurs during a workout and for the best bicep workout possible.
