I don’t really think fitness bodies looks that good. Go for sports. It’s much more fun and the results are far better looking.

Victor: I employed this workout today and concentrated, as the video states, on the form. After the workout I could barely shave. It’s the end of the day and my biceps are still burning. Awesome. Thanks for the lesson.

Vic I love your workouts they are better than anything I have ever done after being stuck for a long time. How long will it take to see some major results? Also how often should I bench press?

hello victor, i want to increase my bicep size a little fast.
currently my biceps are 13.8 inches and i want to increase atleast one inch to it. i have been working out since 3 months. So could you please tell me the exercise that could lead to my current goal.
    Thankyou.

I just want to say thank you so much. i’ve been working out for about two months and i felt that i was stuck in a lifters worst nightmare, the “Plateau”. i was getting results slowly and wasn’t feeling accomplished after the workouts anymore. I watched this video yesterday and using 15 pounds for curls and 55 for the preacher curl bar, i got completely smoked! I finally felt the burn i had been missing for about a month and felt that sense of accomplishment again. Thanks Vic i’ll be checking in

well hold on there mate … good point . BUT ! , for a year i was doin 300 sit ups in a row … every day , for the good part of a year, this gave me a realll good foundation . now i do abs properly like 2 a week , and im rocketing up …
my point being , if your beginning its good to lay a foundation
Im not saying follow my advice , but im just sayin all the same

    waaaay too much!!

  19. umbilicaltapeworm says:

take a cue from pro bodybuilders and don’t work the abs every day, as your muscles will grow accustomed to the strain and not respond to it eventually. your abs are muscles just like any other, so don’t train them any different. I maintain a tight stomach by doing cardio 3 times a week, and short but intense ab training only 2 days a week. remember, work hard and smart, not long…

  20. umbilicaltapeworm says:

I order 10 lbs of Rose Acre Farms dried egg whites at a time. it’s powder but you can reconstitute it easily with a bit of water. it’s also a great addition to your regular blended whey shakes. for me personally it’s physically impossible to eat enough protein every day, so the shakes are a must.

  21. guitarded401 says:

Abdominals and lower back you can do everyday if your are NOT using weight resistance. Use your own body weight for those kinds of workouts. And 3-5 hours per day is way too much. You shouldn’t overload your body like that, you won’t see the gains you want. Remember exercising is only a third of the equation. Nutrition and resting your body is just as important.

  22. StylexSai says:

@IAMWARFARE Lol? All you need to do is work out 1-2hr max. Doing too much gym is not bad. I don’t see how in any way its bad. O.o Btw don’t work out Abs everyday. Not only won’t you get the best results but I hear rumors that your abs won’t be very tight.

  23. ellisufc says:

also can’t you get pasteurized eggs without the threat of salmonella? don’t quote me but i heard it on Good Eats lol

  24. MeatyCockandBallz says:

You workout 3-5 hrs per day!!! LMAO!!! You’re a complete and utter idiot!

  25. IAMWARFARE says:

I do abs every day and cardio everyday. but I distribute my other exercises pretty well. do you think too much gym is bad? I do 3-5 hrs per day (not sunday) please let me know, Thanks.

  26. Bobby says:

It’s true! You can get real eggs in the shell that are safe to eat raw!

I checked it out after I heard about them on Good Eats. http://www.safeeggs.com
