Ive been working for about a year now and I noticed some results, but things go a little slower, and I wonder what is a good workout routine to follow. I had a magazine to follow, but what was to follow a clear time frame (such as breast, shoulder Monday, Tuesday arm back, ABS and Cardio Wednesday etc.). Is it better than others, or should I have my own?

I’m 18, turning the 19th May, and I am a novice at the school. I weigh 213 and I Want to Be Down to about 140, so that 73 pounds. I know that when I make goals that I stay with them. I will reduce my intake of calories and my goal is 20 pounds by my birthday (May 16). Can someone help me with a good workout? I have free time and access to a gym. I prefer to stick gym machines. Help?

I am a busy mom and my husband works a lot so I do not train a ton of time. I’m losing the rest of this baby weight as my 10 year High School Reunion is in three months. The only time I really done early in the morning before the husband goes to work and the baby gets up. I seriously my alarm for about a week to rise and it is not yet fixed the case. All the ideas I motivate myself and get up early. Any experience?

I have some questions here to be displayed on any speaker I have slipped from a job I eek routine usually start this season (summer), but I have heard in the past that we can begin training at the beginning cause miscarriage.
