How much protein and found that I should eat and how do I exercise to build muscle?

    The amount of protein intake depends on your weight. To build muscle, you are supposed to eat 1/2 the amount of your weight (in grams) in protein. So, if you weight 100 lbs, you should be eating 50 grams of protein, etc. You should work out at least 5 times a week — doing cardio and strength training.

    you should eat 1g of protein for every pound of lean body mass + 15-20g more for gains. 3-5 exercises for each muscle you’re trying to see gains in. do 3 sets of 8-12 reps for muscle/strength. go to bodybuilding.com and on the left hand side there’s an exercise tab. there you can search for exercises and limit your search to the weights you can use (like dumbbell).
