Is p90x only for people struggling to lose weight?

because I am 15 years old and weigh about 120 and body percent fat is like between 6-7 so yah im thin but i want muscles and sht like that but anyway would p90x help me or just keep me in shape…

  3. baseballme1t says:

@jessica08030803 both it depends on what you want to do

  4. 09490m says:

  5. jessica08030803 says:

    thank you rcw0388

  6. Darkangel12321 says:

    how much does it cost?

  7. rcw0388 says:

@jessica08030803 its burns fat, it has some great cardio workouts that are really tough.

  8. jessica08030803 says:

does p90x only make u gain muscles or does it also burn fat to

  9. DjDeezed says:

i dont use the recovery drink from the programs i make my own with a type of isoprotein i buy. P90x’s recovery drink is really good though, i havent heard about insanity’s.

  10. SpaceWineTV says:

does insanity have it’s own form of recovery drink?

  11. DjDeezed says:

ya a good way of describing the two programs i found is that P90x is your off-season workout were u develop more muscle and strength while INSANITY is your workout you would do during the season to stay in shape but not necessarily focused on gaining muscle. More toning actually but if you put them together you get something that will keep you in shape and make you stronger at the same time. INSANITY is extreme, most people in the video don’t fully finish at the end.

  12. SpaceWineTV says:

i love that idea of creating your own workouts using both exercise programs. i’ve seen INSANITY ads but i’ve never tried it. i assume it’s more cardio-based than p90x and that it focuses more on your endurance rather than your muscle building which is something i need. i would love to try INSANITY, but as far as creating my own workout for legs/back it hasn’t gone very well. i did research on leg workouts but i found
that most of em were lunges, squats, deadlifts, so ima stick to p90x workouts

  13. DjDeezed says:

It has a really good workout I have done myself included in the Legs/Back and plyometrics for the legs. What I personally did is create my own workout where I took the best of P90x and INSANITY workout and created something for myself that works for me. What I recommend is follow P90x for the first 40 days then find what works for you and build around it, for instance I found ab ripper x was doing nothing for me after 40 days, I have replaced it with Insane abs from INSANITY.

  14. SpaceWineTV says:

i have 2 questions about p90x: 1.) Why didn’t Tony create another Legs and Back routine or mix the legs w/another body part like he did w/chest, shoulders, biceps, etc. Wouldn’t we hit the plateau effect by doing legs and back so much? And 2.) How come the P90x infomercials never, or hardly ever, emphasize the LOWER BODY? i always watch the ads and it’s always about biceps, back, chest, shoulders, triceps, abs, etc. when it comes to muscle. But never the lower body, let alone legs. Some1 help!!!

@russiansav I’ve got to poop to but sitting down is the only thing holding it in!!!

  16. amine9876 says:

really? So they sell those at 7 eleven?

  17. warior5pink says:

@amine9876 go to seven eleven or cvs and buy a prepaid credit card you can use online

  18. theafrodude22 says:

I think that If i spent $120.00 on these dvd’s i think i would start to do some push ups again for a week or so, then get lazy and never watch the dvd’s again.

but those 100 push up’s that i would do because i spent the $120.00 is a 100 more push up’s than i would normally do.

$120.00 then i do 120 push up’s might be worth it in some type of long run type of health way.

I am scared to buy them because i know how lazy i am!!!

    ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!

    it looks very convincing though

    to buy?

  19. amine9876 says:

hey im 16 and i would really like to try this, problem is i don’t have a credit card and i can’t pay for this, i have posted a bunch of questions this week on fast ways to lose weight and this looks good since i can do it at home(i hate bussing to the YMCA) anyone know where to get this for free? or if someone posted P90’s content on the web? Please dont take me for a greedy guy that won’t buy it, im underage for credit cards and i “CANT” pay cuz im unable to…or else i would’ve bought this.

  20. Blingblong20 says:

Do you have to pay a membership?

  21. DreadlockDrummer says:

    damn congon curls hahaha

  22. typhooney88 says:

    @ukrainiaNManiak
Ya working is suggested after puberty.
It doesn’t hurt your growth like this guy said (ukrainia) Unless you hurt this muscle that makes you grow ( forgot what its called).
Doing p90X in my fitness class and were all 14-16

  23. ukrainiaNManiak says:

it doesnt matter what age you are. You can start to work out after you hit puberty. P90x has three programs that you can work with to see what you like best. For the morons who believe it will stunt your growth, arnold began lifting at age 15! So to all the kids out there who are thinking of buying this, go for it, your whole family can use p90x. Just make sure you have the brains and competence to set up a program that works for you (i.e. 3,4 days a week) that kind of thing.

  24. russiansav says:

  25. MrMovieTron says:
