many are interested in losing weight but I am interesting in gaining weight. can this work for me?
@MissLittleMaria two years.
Hey there!
You did a really really great job, congrats!!
One thing that I wanted to ask (sorry if you mentioned it and I oversaw it) is, how long it took you to lose those 215 lbs??
Wow! That’s great! I’m gonna give it a try!!
I’m a new surscriber, and I love your videos. I’ve been a raw vegan since the beginning of June and I’ve already lost 20lbs.
Great Job – keep up the good work!!!!! You’re an inspiration to others who really need you!
I went on 98 % vegitarian diet for over four weeks. The ONLY unveggie thing I ate was a sprinkle of shreded skim milk cheese on my salads. I gained 10 pounds. I found one thing I did wrong though. I added one whole can of beets, juice drained, on almost every salad, a minimum of five salads a week and sometimes two salads a day. The sodium was over 826 mgs per salad so I understand the sodium water retention. I need to lose weight before I feel like I can be more active tho.
youve inspired me to try the raw food diet you went from being huge to hot ;D now i wanna go from being pudgy to hot thankyou:)
I must admit I’ve never heard of a raw food diet before, (it’s never mentioned in media over here in the UK) but thinking about it, it does actually sound really practical. (also save a fortune on gas and electricity bills ^_^)
@domenickarina Its just the first week. you could have been severely dehydrated before and now you are upping your water content! don’t worry, it will work!
Good for you to switch to raw food. The healthier option for sure.
I am so happy for you…your story brought tears to my eyes…I have been on almost raw for 1 year and 5 months and lost 48 pounds, i feel better than I ever have and have been telling everyone about it. You are an inspiration and I am glad to be on the same track you are … thank you for sharing…may your karma be reflected and your love rewarded…peace…Ramona
@comedianravikissoon unless you use raw rice flour (basmati or a brown) and create a dehydrated flat bread or taco you can’t really call it raw, but as philip said even eating 80 percent raw is a great thing. just be careful how much rice you use. remember to look at the plate and put 20 percent rice and 80 percent veggies, as much green as you can. green drinks also help get the enzymes into your body…as for more protein…try quinoa instead of rice…it makes a whole protein good luck
@comedianravikissoon fermented rice is considered raw food I think
hey what about eating rice? is that ok?
How do you make the chocolate banana pecan pie
hi man great video im trying to go raw now im at 300 feeling deprssed you know the deal i ant to be healthy not just for me but for my family how do i start i need food recipes please help me
There’s only one thing I eat raw, but at least it doesn’t have any calories.
Your an inspiration… Thank you!!!
Hi domenickarina, Your body is probaly hanging on to water and waste because a change is happening. Therefore your body does not know what it is going on so it is in preserve mode. As time passes and your body adapts to the change you will lose the weight. Also make sure you are drinking half your weight in water as well. Good LUCK!!
wow God Bless u man
@LovingRaw WHAT R THE FATS!
