I wanted to do a super simple video to help ease the minds of my friends, family, and coworkers who are interested in pole fitness but yet are intimidated by my videos. I really get sad every time people get excited by the idea of pole fitness and then see my videos and they frown and go “I can’t do that.” and then don’t even want to try it. :( Even though I’m still a beginner myself they find it hard to believe that I started from the bottom too. So I wanted to show a very simple way that anyone of any fitness level can customize an aerobic, strength training, and body conditioning program that will be totally fun and yield super fast results! You may find this video boring because I don’t really practice spins too much because they are too “girlie” to me lol I don’t really know too many beginning moves either to show because I’m self taught, can’t find a class in my area that allows males so I just basically just improvise. But I wanted to show something that even someone who is new to exercise could do. (Please check with your doctor before beginning any new fitness program) I hope this video will help others not be so intimidated by pole fitness. Hopefully this very simple video will get them to research other beginner pole dance videos out there from people with more experience than me to get the ball rolling. :)
