Foods in this category are acidic or spicy foods such as onions, garlic, curry, meat and beverages such as coffee and tea. The objective of food, even in your diet are sattvic. It is the purest of foods to promote health and energy even more. Honey, fruit and vegetables, nuts and seeds, lentils, yogurt and other dairy products, do a lot of these foods. Rice and grains are also in this category, supply and support of fiber digestion. Little, without preparation, is the food before consumption loan. In this way, food is food that are served raw or lightly cooked undisturbed. These foods offer the highest level of benefits and nourish the body. Sattvic foods keep the body balanced and are more carefully recorded and integrated.
