I recently by a friend if yoga is a good way to lose weight, my reply is requested, has been a resounding yes! If you really want cardiovascular exercise (such as dancing, jogging, biking, aerobics or ask) your metabolism, a practice of yoga can be a welcome addition to a routine of weight loss, both physical and mental balance, strength and joy. The physical benefits of yoga are numerous: * Several types of yoga such as Vinyasa, Power and Kundalini styles are dynamic and fluid, a little cardiovascular exercise brings into the mix. * All types of yoga to help build lean, long muscles, especially in places you never thought to develop, construct a more balanced body, how to lose weight and helps burn calories, even at rest * Flexibility Yoga brings the body is amazing, an additional benefit if the strength training or aerobic exercises that can stretch the muscles involved, which may cause injury. * Many yoga poses such as twists, turns, stands shoulder and balancing the endocrine system, especially the thyroid, which can certainly help in weight loss. Some Kundalini Kriya or exercises are intended solely for weight loss * Regular practice of yoga can also stimulate and balance the digestive and elimination, so for optimal absorption of nutrients, eliminating waste and reducing weight of water and gas. * Yoga brings a lot of attention on breathing properly, which can release many toxins from the body, so that all our systems are running optimally. Emotionally and mentally, yoga is an excellent game for anyone trying to change patterns and habits. Upon withdrawal, it is also important to pay attention to the emotional than the physical body. A large number of overweight and weight gain has been out of contact with the body and overwhelmed with emotions and stress for us in the wrong decisions can only make us eat, how much exercise us, the amount of sleep we get, how we take care of us in general. Dedicated to a practice like yoga, breathing is to raise awareness of the body and leave us in touch with us, what we want, how we feel, and, finally, why and how we eat. And as with all exercises, yoga can help balance the facilities neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine have been identified as the low level of hunger and increase demand for sugar and simple carbohydrates, and depression question. Yoga can also bring a lot of spiritual joy in your life and you can feed and care in a way that has nothing to do with an addiction to food. When starting a yoga practice, I recommend having classes as a teacher, you can correct your posture in a way that can be done while you watch. As with a personal trainer in the year, with a yoga teacher, you can as your learning curve much less steep.
