What type of workout routine can i do to get big fast?

IAM going to try to get in large really fast Curently weighs 165 and I want to get up to 170 and win all the muscle groups. Right now I have put a bar and weight bench. What work routines that I can do to get this big. I would also, first on my upper body like the shoulders chest and arms. Please help me! Make sure you also inclued Workout names and how to do and how many repetitions should I do.
